An intelligent capsule… During a AquaSLIM session, you will practise aqua biking in a private capsule with an avant-garde, clean design, and be seduced by its cocoon aspect. This private and comforting atmosphere is combined with sophisticated technology which, helps to make every aqua bike session a true bubble of well-being.
Pedalling in the water in a private capsule can be considered a NATURAL activity since it involves simple elements: Water and Movement.
The benefits of water and gentle physical exercise are indisputable, except in extremely rare physiological cases. This activity concerns almost the entire population.
AquaSLIM is a gentle, effective and relaxing form of physical exercise, recommended for seniors. AquaSLIM gently helps with fitness and has a draining effect that never harms the joints – even the most fragile ones.

In practical terms, this means that we feel lighter in water. Movements are easier and, most of all, a wider range of movements can be carried out.

The history of relaxation and well-being through water is of Italian origin, dating from ancient times. Indeed the word SPA – before it came to describe a pool of hot water equipped with massage jets sending out pressurised water mixed with air – is the abbreviation of “Sanitas Per Aqua”, or health through water, in Latin. The motto SPA was often engraved on the walls of Roman thermal baths.

Unlike Aqua biking, there are no group lessons at scheduled times… AquaSLIM is available (by appointment) when you want! AquaSLIM provides maximum autonomy, and you can even read and phone as you pedal. Busy ladies in town can return to their occupation with hair and make-up intact… It guarantee time-savings!

With its tub containing water up to waist level when seated on the integrated bike – for every customer – AquaSLIM uses approximately a third of a cubic metre of water per session. This natural water – is replaced after each customer and the capsule is meticulously cleaned, before each appointment.

AquaSLIM stands out from the rest thanks to its highly-intelligent individual capsule, in privacy, effectiveness and no restrictions: everything is in place to bring you relaxation, satisfaction and well-being. Make an appointment when it suits you, without any imposed timetables.
Each stage is automated – filling the capsule with water, emptying, securing the door, starting the jets, adjusting the power of the pedal drive via electronic controls – for constant security and total comfort.
A qualified hostess will welcome you upon arrival, then you will be seated in your individual capsule and she will guide you and explain how your AquaSLIM works.
For your well-being, draining and relaxing infusions are offered at the start or end of the session.
