My priority in life is now, to eat healthy by avoiding carbs, junk foods in general and working-out regularly to keep fit, I made this radical change after seeing a picture of myself 6 years ago (see the picture on the side sitting on that boat). This new lifestyle made me drop over 17 kilos and by creating this Circuit Training, I hope I can help and inspire you ladies out there in the future with my own experience.
