SLIMher RULES - Motivation Monday

Dear SLIMher Members and futures ones,

Here is some motivations that I want you to keep in mind and stay committed to them if you want to see results fast and keep them forever!.

10 Simple Rules of Fitness

#1: Never miss a Monday.

By getting your week started off on the right foot, it helps set you up for success all week.

#2: Workout in the morning.

If possible (well, anything is possible), exercise first thing in the morning. As the day progresses, you'll find more excuses to skip exercising. Get it done first thing and you'll get the benefit of feeling energized all day. If you can't wake up early and want to exercise after work that's totally fine. Don’t go back home first, you will never leave the house… And if it means to carry your sports gear all day long then do so!

#3: Never go 3 days without exercise.

Staying consistent with your fitness program is KEY in getting results – and keeping them. This applies to eating as much as it does to working out. It is less important what kind of exercise you do – what matters is that you get your body moving.

This goes hand in hand with rule #1. And SLIMher circuit is not the only thing you can do. Aim for at least 3 days at SLIMher per week, even though I’ll be happy to see you everyday if you feel like it. But you can always combine it with walk, jog, swimming, cycling, yoga… you name it! Whatever gets you moving.

#5: Hydrate or Die!

Staying hydrated is a key factor in every body function. In order for your cells to perform all of their amazing tasks every second and every hour of the day. H help your body by keeping a water bottle with you at all times. So at least 1.5liter of water a day, combining by Coconut Water after a workout which is a fantastic natural electrolyte!

#7: You come first!

Set designated times and days for yourself. You are the most important person in your world.Would you miss a meeting with someone that's really important to you? So don't skip your appointments with yourself.

#8: Benefits of Exercises!

Focus on all of the amazing benefits of exercise. Research shows that people who exercise are healthier, think more clearly, sleep better, AND have more energy. So what are you waiting for?

#9: Take REST DAYS.

Give yourself full rest days every week. At least 1 to 2 full day per week.

#10: Never give up!

Injuries, pain, traveling, unexpected events – many things can upset our routine and throw us off course temporarily. Getting sidetracked doesn’t mean you’re derailed! Focus on your clean eating as much as you can in times when you can’t exercise. If everything falls apart, know that you are a healthy and fit person, and that your LIFESTYLE doesn’t change just because you circumstances temporarily need to. Stay focused and be patient – do the best you can and don’t lose sight of what you want.

None of this makes much difference if you’re not aware of what you put in your plate! Remember 70% of what you look like is caused by your lifestyle and what you put in your plate. Only 30% results from exercises! So if you do want to see results you need to watch out what’s in your plate!
