Good Morning everyone,
Let's make WEEK4 of your #8WEEKSCHALLENGE strong and healthy.
We are ready for another week of sweat and continue the 100K by Halloween.
Again try to atteind SLIMher gym at least 3 times this weeks.
In additional add a 10mins routine according to the weekly schedule below:
MONDAY: "Quick Butt-Lifting Workout"
"The Kim Kardashian Butt Workout"
TUESDAY:"Get the Tightest Arms in Town"
WEDNESDAY: "10-Minute Legs and Glutes Workout"
THURSDAY: "Full Body HIIT Workout"
FRIDAY: "Tighten Your Love Handles" Repeat 3 Times
SATURDAY: "Stretching Routine"
