It’s week 5 of your #8WEEKS SLIMdown CHALLENGE. I want you to commit to staying totally on track this week!
Yes today we are half way to the end of the Challenge.
I'll be waiting for you for your weight and Measurement! I hope the results will be encouragig to end the challenge and get the chance to win the Spa.
You girls are ON FIRE i'm really proud of you all for keeping up with your hard work! Keep running those #KMS and keep a track in your journal.
Please see the Weekly schedule I came up for this week. Again it is a good additional to SLIMher Circuit or Complete a 1 Hour Full Body Workout if you can't attend the gym.
In additional add a 10mins routine according to the weekly schedule below:
MONDAY: "5 mins Crop Top Workout"
"5-Minute Flat Belly Ab Workout"
TUESDAY: "5-Minute Sexy, Sculpted Arm Workout" repeat 3 times
WEDNESDAY:
"Reboot Your Butt With This Toning Pilates Workout"
THURSDAY: "Legs Workout"
FRIDAY: "Metabolism Boosting Workout"
SATURDAY: "How to Lose Back Fat"
