Dear Everyone!
I am happy to announce That the #5WEEKS SLIMdown CHALLENGE "A New You by New Year" is starting on Monday 16th Of November 2015.
Yes That's right we are back to a New SLIMdown Challenge!!!....
You will ask WHY? ... Well because It works!!! Our last winner dropped not less than 11Kilos over the 8Weeks of Challenge... So who will be the next one?
Any Members is welcome to participate (this time I will charge 200thb per person who wants to participate)
Why? Because I realized that a lot of you last time had given up after just a couple of weeks when we started, so maybe putting a little bit of yourself might keep you commited to this challenge... and also to help me to contribute to your Big Prices!!! Yes with an "S" Because there will be 3 Grand Prices due to Holiday Season, and also because many of you did good in the previous Challenge and I really wished I could have reward them aswell!!!
Non-Members you are welcome to join but to be able to have access to all Nutrition Plans you will have to join SLIMher and its facilities.
Let me know from today who wants to join and I will give you all the details.

For those who are familiar with the first challenge we did back in September.
There will be 2DAILY CHALLENGES.
COMMITMENT with EATING HEALTHY & VISITING SLIMher at least 3 times a week, will be counting a lot for me to decide who will be the winners.
NO CHEATING DAYS will be tolerate this time... I know it will hard because we are entering into Holiday Season... but it is Crustial if you want the right results by Christmas Eve... I think you will be alright because you have already learned from the previous Challenge, how to still go out, enjoy with friends and keep healthy, And if anything problem I am here to boost you if needed just let me know.
The 5WEEKS SLIMdown Challenge will be ending the WE of the 20th of December. But for those who will participate you will get the full details on how to be from the 21st of December until the 1st of January 2016.
I will be spending the next few days to study your results and you will know the 3 Winners by Christmas.
