Just an Healthy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie in today's post, to make you feel in European Fall... filled with protein and chia seeds.
Make 1 Serving - M1 or M2

Ingredients
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 banana
¼ cup greek nonfat yogurt, plain
¼ cup almond milk
1 tablespoon of Oats
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup ice
Add water according to texture
Granola for topping (optional)
Instructions
Blend ingredients together until well combined. Top with granola or pumpkin pie spice.
