Just an Healthy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie in today's post, to make you feel in European Fall... filled with protein and chia seeds.

Make 1 Serving - M1 or M2

Adapted by SLIMher

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 banana

  • ¼ cup greek nonfat yogurt, plain

  • ¼ cup almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon of Oats

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

  • 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 cup ice

  • Add water according to texture

  • Granola for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients together until well combined. Top with granola or pumpkin pie spice.
