WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR FRUITS ARE ABOUT TO GO BAD - Tricks & Tips Tuesday

As you must know by now I am leaving for Europe for the Holidays. And as many of you I have a lot of Fruits and veggies still in my fridge....
So what to do with it, so they don't end up in the bin???
So For all the veggies I had left... I decided to put the greens ones together and red/oranges ones and made 2 Soups.... Yum!!! We have now dinner for the entire week.
I also had 2 pears, 1 guava and 3 apples about to go bad... I just washed,peeled, and steamed them with a bit of cinnamon then in Food processor... The result is amazing 3 pots of Apple Sauce... Very good to top on your yogurt or to use as a substitute of butter in Cake recipes.... Yumm Yummm Yumm
Then to finish with 3 kiwis and 1 passion fruit.... all in a food processor, poor the mixture in ice cubes tray.... and put them in the freezer... Perfect and ready to through 2 cubes into your next smoothies.... I had a few spoons...Sooo Soo Good!
