CITRUS FLAX GREEN SMOOTHIE - Sip & Snack Saturday

That's it! Christmas is already over and I thought that a Yummy smoothie for the day after would be the perfect way to light up your day and digest easily.

Packed with nutritious fruits, spinach, and flaxseeds, you'll be surprised how sweet this green smoothie is! A great breakfast, snack, or treat option!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup water

  • 2 clementines, peeled

  • 1 banana

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 2 T. flaxseeds

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks

Directions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth.

  2. 3 T. ground flaxseed meal may be substituted for the whole flaxseeds.
