Dear Members, and New ones to come!
I hope you are well, and are all excited as I am, about the upcoming New Space!
I'm feeling bad that I have to close to gym for 1 week. I'm really sorry about that but No Blame, No Gain ;-)
So here is the deal, I have come up with a "REBOOT-her BODY - #1WEEK Mini Challenge" for this coming week. Members & Non-Members are welcome to join the Challenge and it is FREE of Charge!!! I repeat everyone can participate!! The only condition is for me to keep a record between tmw and Saturday about your weight & measurements.

Since you will be away from the gym here is what you will have to do:
Come between Friday 22nd & Saturday 23rd to the gym for your measurements, Weight and body fat.
Follow the Detox Menu for the week.
You will be receiving a PDF file with:
- Meal Plans for 7 days.
- Recipes according to Meal Plans.
- Grocery List off all items needed during that week. (separate by Shops)
- Staples List to always have in your cupboard.
- Healthy Eating Tips
- 1 Hour Workout to follow from home with Youtube playlist
- Motivation
- Weekly Food Tracker
- Come back on the 1st of February to update your weight, measure and body fat. You will know the winner later during the week.

Trust me it works, I have done that the first week I came back from my Europe Trip where I put on almost 4 kilos :-(.... A bit too much of cheese, breads, patisserie, & Escargots... But well... I don't regret.
After just 1 week, I was able to drop 1.8kilos by following the Reboot Week. I'm about to share with you.
