Good Morning Everyone,
I am again on sharing some meal preps easy Made recipes, to set you up healthy for an entire week.

Note: Instead of Cornstarch you can use tapioca flour to thicken your sauce for the chicken.
Instead of potatoes you can replace by pumpkin, sweet potatoes or a mix of both as you wish :-)
