STRAWBERRY CITRUS & GINGER SMOOTHIE - Sip & Snack Saturday

Fresh Sweet and delicious, to fight any sugar craving during the day.

It is a good M4 of your Nutrition Plan.

Ingredients:

  • 1 mango

  • 1 passion fruit juice

  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen

  • ½ peach, fresh or frozen

  • 1 cup squeezed orange

  • ½ cup ice

  • 1 cup of water

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed above or according to blender manufacturer’s instructions. Blend on high speed until smooth.
