On today's recipe. I have just received this week the latest Wanderlust: Expat Life & Style Magazine - Thailand and I found a really nice recipe in it. Because we are not in bangkok to get all the ingredients, You can find below my version in order for you to make it from Hua Hin. And the good thing is that if you can't find Spirulina Powder in town,@ SLIMher we have it in our Healthy Food Corner NutriSLIM. This dessert is fully raw and vegan!! It is soo easy to make, and easier if you have a Nutribullet in your house!!

The Crust: -1/4 cup cashews -1 cup dried unsweetened shredded coconut -1/2 cup of dates (preivously soaked into water) -1/4 tsp himalayan salt (available in NutriSLIM Corner) The Filling: -1 teaspoon of Spirulina powder -2 medium banana -3/4 cup of cashews (previously soaked) -3 tbsp of maple syrup (honey if non-vegan) - 3 tbsp of lemon juice -1/3 cup of coconut oil -1/2 tsp of vanilla -1/8 tsp of himalayan salt (available in NutriSLIM Corner) Instructions: 1. Process all crust ingredients until the misture sticks together. 2. Press the cruss mixture firmly into a pie glass dish. 3. Blend all filling ingredients until creamy and smooth. 4. Pour Banana filling onto the crust. Smooth with the back of a spoon 5. Cover and place in freezer overnight or for 4 hours minimum 6. Using a small sharp knife, carefully slice and then serve.
