TUESDAY:"Get the Tightest Arms in Town"
WEDNESDAY:
"10-Minute Legs and Glutes Workout"
THURSDAY: "Full Body HIIT Workout"
FRIDAY: "Abs Sculpting" Repeat 2 Times
SATURDAY: "Full-Body Toning Yoga Workout"
