Get ready for WEEK1 of your #6WEEKS SLIMdown CHALLENGE.

Again try to atteind SLIMher gym at least 3 times this weeks.

In additional add a 10mins routine according to the weekly schedule below:

MONDAY: "10-Minutes Butt-Lift"

TUESDAY:"Get the Tightest Arms in Town"

WEDNESDAY:

"10-Minute Legs and Glutes Workout"

THURSDAY: "Full Body HIIT Workout"

FRIDAY: "Abs Sculpting" Repeat 2 Times

SATURDAY: "Full-Body Toning Yoga Workout"

And if you can't atteind the gym at all Please follow the

MARCH 1H - FULL BODY HOME Routine as below:
