HEALTHY BAKED BANANA CHIPS - Sip & Snack Saturday

Yeah!!! Bananas are in season again!!! They are everywhere in town from fresh market to Tesco Fruits & Veggies sections.

Finally we don't have to leave it on our kitchen counter for a few days before they are OK to be eaten!!!

Super easy treat to share with you today...

Slice bananas very thin (1/8″), brush with lemon juice mixed with just a little water, sprinkle with cinnamon and kosher salt.

Bake at 250F for about 2 hours, turning after 90 mins.

Let cool (the longer they cool the crispier they become).

Just a Perfect sweet little treat! Enjoy!
