Yeah, Songkran long Week-End is Over, and now we are back on track on the circuit to give the best of ourself for Summer!!!
YES you need to put your Mind 100% on the Circuit... It's only 30mins so make the most of this Workout!!
You don't Sweat?... You are not pushing hard enough! Your heart rate doesn't go up?.... You are not going fast enough! You don't feel sore the next day?.... Set your mind to 100% Focus on the movements you are doing, and the muscles you are working while you exercises!!!
Let's go!! Lets melt the fat out and make muscles appear!!!
