Good and Healthy Habits are starting from younger ages.... Let's not make the same mistakes we have done in the past... Scary right?! But it's the Ugly truth!! We have the power to change things!!! It is time to get into the kitchen, stop buying ready made, and other processed food that make us fat and eventually sick, and finally take the control of what you put in your plate. Yes! It takes time, it might sounds boring!!, But does it really matter??!! when you are about to take care of your body inside and out! In just a few weeks you will be amazed by how you feel and how you look!!! And the best it is when people are saying it to you! Of Course you have to combine it with exercises at least 3 times a week, But moving a little bit everyday will be the best!
