HEALTHY NO BAKE SNACK BAR - Sip & Snack Saturday

Hi My Beautiful SLIMher girls! Yeah it's the week-end, even during the challenge let's get ourself a little treat.

Today I’m sharing one of the best recipe - And get what?! no need to bake, just need a powerful Food Processor.

You can’t beat how easy, healthy, and simple they are. They also store great! These are a perfect lunch box treat. They are perfect craving busters!

Make small square bites about 3x3cm

2 bites per serving

  • 2 cups pitted dates (previously soaked overnight in water)

  • 3/4 cup raw cashews

  • 1/4 cup nut butter (I used natural cashew butter which is available @NutriSLIM Corner)

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder or carob powder (Available in the NutriSLIM Superfood in pre-Order)

  • 1 pinch salt

Toss everything into a food processor and process until the mixture starts to go smooth and clump into a ball. The dates will be all chopped up but you'll still have bits of nut.

Turn the mixture out into an 20 to 25 cm square dish lined with parchment paper. Use your hands to firmly press the mixture into the bottom of the dish. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Remove the bars from the pan and cut into pieces using a sharp knife. Enjoy these bars cold or frozen. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge or freezer.
