Last Month you had the chance to join us for a couple of hours immerse into the world of raw and Plant Based Cuisine inside the kitchen or should I say laboratory ;-) of Matthew Kenney Culinary. Only one for you got the chance to participate.
I still can't believe we have the chance of having this opportunity near us in Pranburi inside the gorgeous Resort EVASON.
They showed us a recipe of a delicious raw cacao bowls bites, then made us try Vegan Cheese, fully dairy free...made out of cashew nuts and macadamia nuts, previously fermented with flax seeds crackers, made with a dehydrator! AMAZING! And Delicious.
We tasted then, little cubes of Polenta made out of Millet (which is Gluten Free) with a Carrot Tahini dip...
I am still amazed by the amount of flavors we get in 1 dish.
I will definitely try to do their Week-end Workshop when time permits it. Until then I am definitely in transitioning to become vegan, if not at least vegetarian.
Have a look on their website to find out more about their classes.
