Over 4,000 scientific studies have proven the healing benefits of turmeric. These studies found that taking turmeric on a regular basis can lengthen lifespan and improve overall health.

Make 1 serving
Good as a M2 or M4 of your SLIMher Nutrition Plan.
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup of mango chunks
1 fresh banana
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
about 2cm (1inch) of fresh ginger
Blend all ingredients together and Enjoy! Add water depending of the consistency you want.
Note: For those who wants to build up muscles back after their exercises. adding 1 scoop of Plant Based Protein Powder or 1tbsp of Chia seeds
