SPIRALIZED CINNAMON APPLES WITH GREEK YOGURT - Sip & Snack Saturday

Make a good M4 or nice healthy dessert when you receive people over!!

Ingredients:

1 medium-sized gala apple, and one Green apple 1/2 lemon freshly squeezed 1 tablespoon walnut, chopped 2 teaspoons rolled oats 1 teaspoon nut butter of your choice or apple sauce ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon brown sugar, divided or coconut sugar 2 cups non-fat greek yogurt

Directions:

1. Spiralize apple using the smallest blade, leaving the peel on. Discard core and seeds. Toss spiralized apple in lemon juice.

2. Heat a saute pan over medium heat. Toast pecans and oats in pan until fragrant and slightly golden.

3. Melt butter with oats and walnut – add ¼ teaspoon cinnamon and brown sugar and cook until slightly caramelized. Remove from heat.

4. Stir remaining cinnamon into greek yogurt. Divide yogurt into two bowls and top equally with spiralized apple and oat mixture.
