HIIT CIRCUIT CLASSES - SLIMher Classes

Waouh It's been almost 2 months that the SLIMher Girls are getting Toned and Fit with its HIIT Classes.

Everyday of the week we have designed classes to make you sweat, tone and build up lean muscles, and in result Slimming down.

You are still wandering what is it about?

The Classes are especially designed under the concept of High Intensity Interval Training* or HIIT!

For those who are not familiar to this concept, it is the most efficient and quick way to shred fat and burn calories. It is really similar to BOOTCAMP, T25, Tabata Workout, and any Personal Trainer is following this concept too.

At SLIMher, the machines on the circuit have been designed to make you build long and lean muscles, with Hydraulics equipment. Despite normal fitness centers which are equipped with weights. This way no headache of changing weights and risk of injuries if you are not well advised. SLIMher machines will adapt to any members strength from the beginner to the athlete type one.

Along the week, we have designed specific routines to workout your entire body.

It is open to Members & Non-Members.

Each Class is Limited to a small group of people. That way you will feel like in a session with a Personal Trainer.

NON-MEMBERS will pay 280thb per class.

For MEMBERS it will be Free of Charge and they will have priority on classes access.
