By far it is my favorite breakfast!! Easy, Ready to go!!
Try it and you won't regret. I can't believe I have never really properly shared it with you!
It is the best M2 to have after your SLIMher HIIT Circuit Training, filled up with all the good nutrients to keep you full until lunch and full of protein to build up muscles.
- 1 cup of Yogurt or greek Yogurt or 1/2 yogurt+1/2 Almond milk (oats, soy, rice can work to)
- 3 tbsp of Instant or Rolled Oats.
- 1 tsp of Chia seeds
- 1/2 banana (Optional)
- 1 passion fruit (Optional)
- a few Cranberries or Raisins (Optional)
- a dash of Sliced almonds.
- 1tsp of Honey or (Agave, Coconut Nectar or Maple syrup)
The other Half of Banana as a topping. but you can replace by 1/2 apple, or 1/2 mango, a kiwi up to you let work your imagination. Sparkle shredded coconut or cinnamon.

Step 1: Pour a bit of warm warm onto chia seeds just enough to cover them, wait for less than a minute and the chia are blooming and become jelly.
Step 2: Pour your oats and liquid of choice into a bowl or jar. (In case you are skipping the yogurt into that recipe, your oats to liquid ratio should be 1:1 — I typically stick with a ½ cup of quick or rolled oats and a ½ cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk as the base for my overnight oats, which fits perfectly into an jar) (previously from guacamole jar)
Rolled oats definitely need to be soaked overnight, while quick oats could get you to overnight oats awesomeness in just 30 minutes.
Step 3: Stir in your blooming chia seeds, passion fruit and sweetener of choice! I’ve listed several of my favorite mix in combos above, just in case you were wondering — but the only limit is your imagination.
Step 4: Cover and let sit overnight in the refrigerator (or for at least 30 minutes if using quick oats).
Step 5: In the morning, top with more fresh fruit, granola, coconut, a dollop of almond butter (or all of the above!) and enjoy.
Note: the one in the picture is made with Homemade apple Sauce and 1/2 apple as my topping for that day.
Enjoy!!! Without guilt!
