Make 1 big serving

Ingredients
1 + ½ cups water
Juice from 1 lemon or 2 lime
¼ avocado (peeled, pit removed) can be replaced by 1/2 banana or 1/2 cup of papaya for the thickness
1 handful of fresh baby spinach
1 bunch of Mint leaves
½ cup cucumber (peeled, seeds removed)
2 Medjool dates (pits removed)
1 tbsp hemp seeds (can be replaced by Flaxseeds grounded if you don't have or even Chia Seeds)
1 inch of fresh ginger
A dash of Himalayan salt to taste
1 cup ice cubes
Optional: 1 tsp of Spirulina powder or Weatgrass Powder
Note: Spirulina, Powder, Weatgrass powder, Chia Seeds, Himalayan Salt are available for Sell at NutriSLIM Healthy Food Corner.
Directions:
Add ingredients to high-speed blender in the order they are listed.
Begin blending on low and increase to highest speed.
