Talking about taking pictures of before/after with one of my member this morning and on how our bodies are slowly changing, toning and getting more lean due to a new lifestyle habits and exercising regularly and pushing ourself....
Here is My daily morning through back memories from FB... Starting my weight loss journey back in 2010. Exactly 1 year between left and right picture... I have to say that the main change back then was coming from my eating habits(following what I can call now the SLIMher Nutrition Plan), cause at the gym I was not pushing as hard as I push today....
I had never exercised in my life back then, I simply hated gyms, my strength was really poor but I build it up over the past 5 years. And now, everyday I am working to keep it this way and never go back to where I was.
There are bumps on the road, but It is all about believing in you, PATIENCE, CONSISTENCY, and PUSHING YOURSELF!!
