Please see below a little guidance concerning your classes booking.

To avoid incurring penalties, please cancel your reservation if you are unable to attend a scheduled class.

Please note these guidelines when cancelling a class:

* Book your space on the Circuit and enjoy the HIIT Circuit Training Class. Dynamic Warm up, HIIT Exercises, and finish by few Stretches moves - Limited Spaces. 10 Peoples Maximum per Class.

* In order for the class to take place it needs minimum 2 peoples to attend. Don't forget to put your name on the chart or send a confirmation by mail, text, line… Cancel 12 hours before if you can't attend.

* Non-Members are welcome and will be charged 280thb. Members will have the priority access to classes!

* Members who don't want to attend the class are advised to come after or before classes time, to enjoy the gym facilities at their own pace.

Please note that 3 or more cumulative late cancellations and/or no-shows over a 30-day period will result in your advance booking privileges revoked for two weeks for the first occurrence. Any occurrence after that will result in your advance booking privileges revoked for one whole month. Your attendance will be limited to be in-person standby and only up to 15 minutes before class.

THE INITIATIVE & CORRECTIVE CLASSES ARE BACK NEXT WEEK!!

After a few request, and realizing that despite coming to correct you during the classes, the fact you are not all at the same level, the timer running or simply a few seconds of inattention during the circuit, the movements that are made during classes are not always made correctly. So I found it might be a good idea to set up an "Initiation & Corrective Movements Class".

During this hour we will go through the basic moves, postures and also the Machines from the circuit... taking the time to make sure you will be able to reproduce the moves correctly during classes. It will take place every last week of each Month. On Tuesdays 10am, Thursday 10am, and Saturdays 8am.

It is optional and up to you to join. It won't be considered as a Workout Class. There won't be timing set up, so that way we can take the time to go deep into the movements, and proceed correctly to each reps.

If you have any struggle, any questions, it will be the perfect timing to share it with the trainer as well as the rest of the members present.

So since we are the last week of the month next week. The classes will be on: Tuesday 23th of August at 10am, Thursday 25th of August at 10am, Saturday 27th of August at 8am.

Please write Down your name in the chart. Same as the classes you need to be minimum 2 people for this class to happened.
