It is a good M2 or M4 from SLIMher Nutrition Plan or as a post workout snack.
Make 4 bars per recipe. 1 bar = 1/2 serving. Your can even decide to make them have round shape.

1 ½ cups cashews (preferably soaked to increase digestibility)
1 ½ cups dates
¾ - 1 ½ teaspoons powdered ginger

The Lemon Lime:
1 tablespoons maca powder
1 tablespoon of chia seeds (previously mixed with 2 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice)

½ cup shredded coconut
3 tablespoons lime zest

The Chocolate Chip Cookie:
1 tablespoons maca powder
1 tablespoon of chia seeds (previously mixed with 2 tablespoons of water)
2 cups cashews (preferably soaked to increase digestibility)
1 cup dates
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
add about 1-2 teaspoons water if needed
Directions:

Each recipe makes about 4 bars. The amount of maca in each bar is approximately ¾ - 1.5 teaspoons, depending on if you use one tablespoon or two in the recipe.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until the mixture is finely chopped. When you think it might be ready, remove the lid and pick up a piece to roll in the palm of your hands. If it sticks together it's ready to form into bars. If it's crumbly, it either needs to blend a little more or it needs a little moisture. If it is very dry, turn the food processor on and pour a teaspoon of water through the opening in the top. Continue adding water as needed until the mixture sticks together. Somewhere between 1 teaspoon and 2 tablespoons is usually enough.
When the mixture is ready, press it onto parchment paper and form into bars. Wrap each bar individually and store in the freezer until needed.
