Just a Kind reminder for next week's Schedule.
Get ready it's getting harder! Today saturday is a rest day so for those who's staying at home, Please make sure to do at least 30mins walk, jog, bicycle or swim. Any picture shared on SLIMher's page of you doing exercises you will get an extra point. You don't have to show your face, just show the environment you are in... in the pool, on the grass, climbing stair, or as some of you going at the ache... I will make sure to count your points.
Have you been shy of joining a fitness center?! well with this Monthly Daily Move Schedule, SLIMher is coming into your living-room. 5 Mins of your day, should be manageable right. Stick with the plan and see your body changing. Off Course setting up good Nutrition and healthy habits in your plate will be the key to success.
Even More Exciting.... With the team we worked on a 10 Challenges which will make you earn points along the next 4 weeks. The Winner will win some pampering time in one of best spas in town. Who's ready to enter this FUNTASTIC FALL CHALLENGE!
Do the activities that most interest you. All tasks can be completed and earned points will be recorded.
See with any of the staff at the desk everyday, before you leave to write down your "earning points" that were gained for each tasks done for the day.
Any further question or info don’t hesitate to contact us. At the end of the month we will calculate all points & announce who is the winner of the big price.
1- The Friend Challenge
For each friend brought/join @SLIMher and that choose a membership package as below:
From 1 to 3 Months (1 pt.)
For 6 Months to 1 year (2 pts.)
2- The Afternoon Fit Challenge
Members who will sign up for Afternoon classes Mon, Wed, Fri @5pm will get (2 pts.)
3- Like & Share Challenge
Like SLIMher page & share their daily post through social media (1 pt.)
4- Juice Life & NutriSLIM Healthy Corner Challenge Purchase any NutriSLIM item will make you earn points. You can earn up to 5 pts. A juice from Juice Life Bar (1pt) Up to 200thb(2pts) Up to 500thb(4pts) Up to 1000thb(5pts)
5- Join and be Fit Challenge
Sign up and attend 3 scheduled classes or more per week. (2 pts.)
6- Recipe Challenge
Share on SLIMher Huahin Facebook page at least one of your own healthy recipe per week. Picture can be taken from a healthy restaurant where you have eaten is counted.(2 pts.)
7- Color of the Day Challenge
Wear fitness outfit color of the day every time you come to the gym. Color of the day will be posted on board every week, and will be reminded on Facebook. (1 pts.)
8- Aqua Bike Challenge
Relax & Enjoy a Aqua Bike session @SLIMher. (every single session 2 pts). For every 8 sessions package and more signed up 5pts.)
9- Show your moves Challenge
SLIMher Daily Move Challenge, Do the extra move every day after your class. We prepared different moves that you can follow as above. (2 pts.)
10 - Greatest Looser Challenge
As we measure your weight every month this time we challenge you to loose weight and body fat reduction is counted. You can earn points.(5 pts.)
