Let's Sip some Spirulina today with this delicious Smoothie...
Just to remind you that Spirulina is:
Excellent source of vitamins and minerals including iron, B12 and iodine
Needed for liver rejuvenation and detoxing

Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh vanilla almond or coconut milk if you want a lighter version go for Fresh
Coconut water
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup greens (kale, spinach)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp spirulina - 4-5 fresh mint leaves
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a blender and buzz until smooth!
