This week we have increase the intensity of the Extra Move of the Day!!

One more day where you did good ladies!! With the front lunge on each leg and with 30 reps. Tomorrow let's work on our triceps by doing 2sets of 15reps of Triceps Extensions!!

And don't forget the color for tomorrow is GREEN!

That way you will earn up to 2 Points with this additional move after your circuit workout or after your class!
