This week we have increase the intensity of the Extra Move of the Day!!
One more day where you did good ladies!! With the basic squat with 3 sets of 30 reps. Tomorrow let's work on the elbow Plank by doing 3sets of 60secs!!
And don't forget the color for tomorrow is BLUE!
That way you will earn up to 2 Points with this additional move after your circuit workout or after your class!
