This week we have increase the intensity of the Extra Move of the Day!! One more day where you did good ladies!! With the elbow plank holding for 60secs for 3 Sets. Tomorrow let's work on our legs by doing 3sets of 20reps of Front Lunge on each leg!! And don't forget the color for tomorrow is Purple! That way you will earn up to 2 Points with this additional move after your circuit workout or after your class! Let's do this tomorrow!!
