DAILY EXTRA MOVE OF THE DAY - Funtastic Fall Challenge

This week we have increase the intensity of the Extra Move of the Day!!

Doing 3sets of 20reps of Front Lunge on each leg was hard today, but a few of you managed to do it! Good Job!! Tomorrow back to the Triceps Extensions with 20reps for 3 sets this time. And don't forget the color for tomorrow is Yellow! That way you will earn up to 2 Points with this additional move after your circuit workout or after your class! Let's do this tomorrow!!
