DAY 5 - Photo Challenge at SLIMher
A post who should Have been posted yesterday, but decided to keep it for my Well-Being Wednesday post... If you ever wondered how looked my fridge... Here I am not trying to show I do better than you, I'm just showing that with a little determination it is possible for all of us.
I have decided to go more often to grocery instead of stuffing too much my fridge.... Cause a lot of time many fresh items end up in the bin.
No time to cook nutritious and yummy food for yourself and your family?! I don't agree...
It is all about making the good choices, see for yourself what's your priorities and having a good organization through the day.
I wake up every mornings at 5am, to prepare my breakfast and lunch box, and some days I don't come back before 7.30pm at home, but I still manage to make dinner... I am not saying it's like this every single evenings but most of them, I might have some slip out couple of times over the month.
So Meals preps are the key for those evening when you don't feel like cooking, salads washed, carrots & cabbages shredded, eggs boiled in advance this is an easy way to make a fully nutritious salad, you can even grill some chicken, shrimps or bake some salmons, quickly wrist a nice balsamic dressing and you are done with an GREEN, CLEAN & LEAN dinner...
