SALMON GINGER & TAMARIN MARINATE WITH MASHED CAULIFLOWER/CARROTS - Tasty Thursday

Last night in SLIMher's kitchen, I had to be a little creative with whatever I had left in the fridge....

So I came up with this salmon baked in the oven with parchment paper and topped with tamarin sauce, squeezed lime and some shredded ginger and tomatoes and germs.... Then on the side I have steamed 2 carrots with a cauliflower florets and mixed together once steamed!

It was so YUMMY! Totally SLIMher Approved as well as by Hubby, who wanted more ;-)

Daily Photo Challenge for day 5 was something Orange.... I think everything orange was in my plate....
