Good Morning Ladies,
First of all I would like to apologize, because I have just realized that most of you never received this email last week.... It simply never left my draft box! For those who saw that message on Facebook, you have1 week ahead from anyone else, so even better for you, so I hope you've been good this week, if not, No panic let's start all over again with the rest of the crowd...
So I have made a few modifications, to meet the #8 WEEKS SLIMdown CHALLENGE Please read carefully below: You need to think of this 1st Week as a "REBOOT" that your are doing to your body... There will be a few things to avoid during this week, for the maximum results at the end. (all details will be in the PDF, Please ask me if you want to receive it by email)
Despite the last challenge being a disaster for you all! I haven't given up on you yet, Instead I will be even more behind you ladies!!!
Because you know that the hardest work for the most efficient results will be from what you are doing in the kitchen and when you are ordering out!! Yes unfortunately!!! You can spend days and Hours at the gym if you don't eat healthy and bring to your body the whole foods and nutrients that it needs, you won't see any results.
BECAUSE... "ABS are BUILD in the GYM and REVEALED IN THE KITCHEN!!! " **Read Further down, I explain it all)

What does the #8WEEKS SLIMdown Challenge include?
It's a complete, meal-by-meal plan for the first week hoping you can build up new habits in the kitchen and along your everyday life! Every meal, healthy recipes and grocery list by shops, staples List, Healthy eating Tips along the weeks are laid out for you! Plus, it's easy to follow if you're busy and on-the-go!
What if you're too busy?
I totally understand! But the best part about these recipes is that you can plan them ahead. You have the rest of Friday and all Saturday to go grocery shopping. Then you will just spend couples of hours in the kitchen on Sunday and start to prepare some of your meals. Once you are telling me that you are joining the challenge you will receive the complete PDF with all information.
I did all the hard work for you… ’cause you work hard enough!
Any Non-Members is welcome to participate!
I will charge 400thb per person yes That's Right Cause the 1st price is Big and because I really want you to take it seriously this time, and because it is Christmas coming and I want no less than 3 big winners, so let's work hard all together to finally reach those goals that you had back in January 2016, you haven't reached them yet, right?!)
Because in the few last challenges a lot of you last time had given up after just a couple of weeks we started, so maybe putting a little bit of yourself might keep you committed to this challenge!
Non-Members you are welcome to join but to be able to have access to all Nutrition Plans you will have to join SLIMher and its facilities.

? ? SO WHAT IS IT ABOUT ? ?
For those who are familiar with the past challenges, I have increase your target.
There will be 3DAILY CHALLENGES:
*COMMITMENT with EATING HEALTHY (by following the week by week SLIMdown Program, and writing down day by day)
*VISITING SLIMher at least 5 times a week
*And an additional of #200K by The Holidays (which means 3.6k per day 7 days a week no rest day!!. It can be swim, run, walk, jog, hop on elliptical, dance, bike) Trust me Don't Miss that part, it will make a difference!!
If Biking: Divide your kilometers by 3. For example: 9K = 3K.
If Swimming: Multiply by 3! For Example: 1K = 3K.
It will be counting a lot for me to decide who will be the winners, so don't miss any step. And write down your daily intake in your weekly meal Plan. printing version will be available on the counter at the gym) I will be looking at it every monday Morning.

NO CHEATING DAYS!!! Unfortunately if you want to see radical change in your body you have to be good at home as well as when you are Out & About.
AND DON'T MESS UP WITH THE FIRST WEEK. It has been designed to REBOOT YOUR BODY!
DON'T FORGET, IT TAKE 3 WEEKS to your body to get used to new eating habits, and exercises routines, so I count on you that you will be dedicated to it until the END (on 30th of December 2016)

Understanding Why Abs are Made in the Gym But Revealed in the Kitchen
Your diet is 80% responsible for the way you look. Exercise accounts for the other 20%.
There seems to be a lot of misconception about looking cut, ripped, shredded, or whatever you wanna call it.
Listen, if you have a thick layer of fat surrounding your abdomen, you’re not going to see the 6 (or 8) pack. It doesn’t matter if you have the ability to literally do 100 sit ups in a row or if you could dead lift 400 pounds. Your abs may be massive or not ;-) but if there’s a layer of fat over them, you’re never going to ever see them!
Spot reduction is a myth no matter how many infomercials tell you otherwise. Your body decides where the fat comes off and in what order. You can’t change that.
Be patient and smart! You didn’t gain all this weight in a week. It took months or years of eating slightly-too-much for that fat to get packed on. If you simply eat slightly less and workout a little more than usual, the fat will come off slowly but surely over the months. Just don’t get into a cycle of feeling guilt if you allow yourself to indulge once in a while. You are not a robot and sometimes we overeat and that’s fine!
Let's take measurements & weight half way which means on 5th of December 2016
It will be hard yes! but it is Crustial if you want the right results. I think you will be alright because you have already learned from previous Challenges, how to still go out, enjoy with friends and keep healthy, And if any struggle, I am here to boost you if needed just let me know.
I will allow 2 Days of Indulgements which will be on 24th and 25th of December And we will do again 1 week of REBOOT before New Year.
The #8WEEKS SLIMdown Challenge will be ending on the 30th of December 2016. Measurements will be taken on that day at the gym.
