Breaking down the Silence, after this past month of mourning....
When I started this journey almost 6 years ago, by changing my way of eating and starting to insert exercises in my daily routine, I never thought I would be where I am at today....
I've always been the kid who hated gym classes at school, then later joining a fitness center it was always a torture for me, and I was ending not going because I was just too uncomfortable with my body and facing people there were simply to hard to handle... and
Look where I am now, the owner of Fitness Center for Women Only, with so many amazing and inspirational women members. My story, could be yours, and I have created this gym her in Hua Hin, because I wanted to bring this opportunity for you to change something in your life and if my story can inspire you then it will be my best success. Yes, you might say "she is younger", "she didn't have much to loose" (trust me in 2011, I was 15 kilos heavier)... but this is not about comparing one another, it really doesn't matter where you are from and where you start, you need to see this as a competition with yourself, and reaching the goals you want to achieve, They can be improve your health overall, or that you want to loose weight, or that you just want to build lean muscles....
It has been a while that I want to take these update pictures, because everyone around me says that my body has changed but I don't really see it myself... Until I put the pictures from July 2015 (SLIMher was just opened for a few months) and the ones from today next to each other.
I always say to my members, to don't look too much on the number on the scale... well easier said that to believe, including myself, I am the first one who need to be convinced... The Truth is that I have noticed since I opened, that I put on 2 kilos... And have been avoiding the scale for a long time now...
But today theses pictures are prooving, that the numbers on the scale are just numbers.... The most important thing is the Percentage of body fat in your body... Simply put: One pound of fat weighs the same as one pound of muscle. “The difference is that fat is bulkier than muscle tissue and takes up more space under the skin,” In fact, one pound of fat is roughly the size of a small grapefruit; one pound of muscle is about the size of a tangerine. But that tangerine is active tissue, meaning that it burns more calories at rest than fat does.
This is why it is so important to eat healthy and combine with exercises regularly.
Look at these photos, I am 2 kilos heavier than what I was in july 2015. Although don't I look SLIMher? HA ! FIT-her, LEAN-her, HEALTHY-her....
Do you still a doubt on joining the circuit? It doesn't matter where you are starting... The Important things are to stay CONSISTENT, EAT HEALTHY NUTRIENT DENSE FOODS, AND NEVER GIVE UP!
