COCONUT, ALMOND VANILLA SMOOTHIE - Sip & Snack Saturday

Make 2 servings

Make a Perfect M1/M2 (post workout) of your Nutrition Plan.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk (change for almond milk if you decide to go for the dates instead of the banana)

  • ¼ cup almond butter

  • 1 Banana or as original recipe 10 small dates (previously soaked into water and pitted)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 cup of coconut Water

  • 1 tsp of Coconut sugar or coconut Syrup (can be found in Villa)

  • Optional: 3Tbsp of Vanilla Protein Powder or Oats (Avoid that part if taken in the afternoon as an M4)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except ice to blender. Puree well.

  • Add ice and blend until ice is all crushed and smoothie is well blended and smooth.

  • Pour into two glasses and serve immediately

Notes

*Add more or less ice to make the smoothie thinner or thicker consistency. *Vanilla protein powder would be great to add for a post workout smoothie!
