COCONUT, ALMOND VANILLA SMOOTHIE - Sip & Snack Saturday

Make 2 servings

Make a Perfect M1/M2 (post workout) of your Nutrition Plan.
Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk (change for almond milk if you decide to go for the dates instead of the banana)
¼ cup almond butter
1 Banana or as original recipe 10 small dates (previously soaked into water and pitted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup ice
1 cup of coconut Water
1 tsp of Coconut sugar or coconut Syrup (can be found in Villa)
Optional: 3Tbsp of Vanilla Protein Powder or Oats (Avoid that part if taken in the afternoon as an M4)
Instructions
Add all ingredients except ice to blender. Puree well.
Add ice and blend until ice is all crushed and smoothie is well blended and smooth.
Pour into two glasses and serve immediately
Notes
*Add more or less ice to make the smoothie thinner or thicker consistency. *Vanilla protein powder would be great to add for a post workout smoothie!
