SLIMher is FALLING for COOL BREEZE... – Tips in Town Tuesday

As most of your already know the place I will go through their menu directly and share with you what I think you can order without feeling guilty

As starter:

Hummus or Red Pepper Hummus instead of Pita bread request for carrots and cucumbers sticks. See the picture they were totally ok with it. The Feta dip is also a good option but avoid the crackers.

Any of your salads choice should take place on your dining table!

As Tapas:

-Albondigas. Which are the chicken meatballs.

-Lemon Chicken Kebabs

-Asparagus under Wraps

-Garlic Mushrooms

-Trigueros and other Gazpacho

As a main:

Most of the seafood plates are SLIMher approved.

The set lunches are also really good deals!

Basically as I won't repeat it enough, avoid anything with white breads, potatoes, rice and all tapas swimming in oil ;-)

The rest are mostly welcome in your plate. Cool Breeze is the place to visit when you are out and about and want to stick with your SLIMher Nutrition Plan… There will be always a way to keep track and still enjoy.
