To succeed in you SLIMdown program the main key will be ORGANIZATION

Take a look to the video below I found it helpful, and will definitely start to use Smaller plates, especially when it’s about carbs… the greens you can still go crazy with it.

It only takes a few minutes to create a kitchen that runs smoothly while providing delicious results. Think about arranging your fridge so fresh fruits and vegetables are front and center along with easy-to-grab snacks stacked in the fridge door for a healthy, convenient option. And using clear storage containers never leaves you guessing what you're reaching for. Check out these five kitchen hacks that make staying organized in the kitchen easy.

What Does 100 Calories Look Like?

Even though I’m not so much into calculating calories in my daily intake, I’m more concern about choosing the right nutrients rather than counting its calories… but here is a good Website to check out how 100 calories actually looks like… Yes cause if you are like me, and you can’t resist of eating the entire bag of mix nuts… that website below might stop you… Yes nuts and dried fruits are good nutrients (and snack) but in moderation…. Cause they still contain fat.

Note for self…. Stop carrying the entire pack of nuts and dried fruits… Get a small container, fill it up with a full hand and leave the rest at home…!! Or better don’t buy nuts anymore. That became an addiction for me… seriously! I have to stop!!

Especially during your SLIMdown Journey, portion control is a crucial part of the weight-loss process, but it's not always convenient to weigh everything you eat. Instead, you can learn how to eyeball portions of common foods so you'll know about how many calories you're eating. You might also be surprised to see how much or how little of certain foods you can eat while consuming the same number of calories.
