I'm sharing with you today my Week1 of Eating from morning till night and mentioning also the goods and the bads... YES! There were a few bads over the WE! And still I haven't been able to give up on my coffee in the morning. ... Unfortunately the beginning of the week was filled up with way too much Nuts... More than the Allowed serving ;-( Knowing that we would go out for dinner on Friday and Saturday I managed to do my lunch box quite light, with proteins (ham & boiled egg) and veggies sticks. Sunday was my cheating day. The 2 pancakes was not from the SLIMher NUTRITION Plan and I was craving for Chocolate in the afternoon so I couldn't resist for a Magnum... Hubby opened a chips bag in the evening and I had more than a fews with hummus. So I ended up having a tea and a yogurt for dinner. Oh and yes, there no ounce of drinking simply because drinking now give me headache... So totally no worth keeping on trying. Instead it's soda water or fresh coconut when out. At least 1.5l of water with a squeezed lime per day. Unfortunately I was enable to run this week but I'm going to catch up for this coming one. Voila! You know everything... 1 WEEK DOWN. 7 More to go!!
