#8WEEKSCHALLENGE - WEEK2 Feedback - "Hot & Healthy by Halloween"

Here below I'm sharing my Meals intake for WEEK2 of the 8WEEKSCHALLENGE...

Aie. Aie. Aie.... It started pretty well but unfortunately with past week-end spent in Bangkok, it didn't end well... Really tried to keep Healthy but Through a birthday cake and some yummy Indian Homemade food in the way... And I screwed my entire week of being healthy....

And I wonder why I don't see much results when I actually on the middle of WEEK3 of the SLIMdown CHALLENGE.... Boooo :-( Decouraging me?! NO Never!!!

We still have 5 weeks to go!!!! So I'm not affraid!! I will get what I want.

If you are in the same place right now. Don't forget that commitment with Healthy Meals and Constistency at the gym will pay off!!!

I'm loving to push myselft to do 3 rounds on SLIMher Circuit and the additional DailyRoutine from the Weekly Schedule.

I like how my body feel the next day.... aching but in a good way.

Are you following the Weekly schedule as well??

If not try it out!!

I'm still bad at including Walking/Running/Swimming in my Schedule... 5.30am awake... preparing the meals for the day and coming back home not before 8pm doesn't really help to inserting it!!
