APPLE – CINNAMON SMOOTHIE – Sip & Snack Saturday

Smoothies, however, could be your best-kept weight-loss secret: the blended beverage offers you tons of nutrition as well as protein and fiber to help keep you full until your next meal. Whipping up a smoothie for breakfast will further help you rev up your metabolism first thing in the morning, so here one recipe to fill you up as the scale ticks down. Keep that recipe in mind for WEEK7 & 8 of the 8WEEKSCHALLENGE when you will be starting your “LEANher, GREENher, Cleansing PROGRAM”. I will give you all details closer to the date.

Ingredients

5 raw almonds 1 red apple 1 banana 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt 1/2 cup nonfat milk (can be almond, oats, rice, soy, coconut) 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for at least 30secs.
