Today we are testing out the HIIT* Circuit Training Classes. *High Intensitiy Interval Training Who's ready?! You can start making reservations on the website in the "Booking classes" section, or put your name on the chart at the gym. Schedule: Monday: "LEAN-her ARMS" -> 7.00am - 10.00am - 5.00pm Tuesday: "ABSolutly CORE" -> 8.00am - 11.00am - 2.00pm Wednesday: "BUTTilluscious & THIN-her THIGHS" -> 7.00am - 10.00am - 5.00pm Thursday: "FULL-her BODY" -> 8.00am - 11.00am - 2.00pm Friday: "STRETCH-her & FAT BURN-her BODY" -> 7.00am - 10.00am - 5.00pm Saturday: "HIIT BITSY FIT-her BODY" -> 9.00am - 11.00pm Classes will start Monday 9th of May at 7am. 280thb for NON-MEMBERS. Free of charge for MEMBERS. Limited to 5 peoples per class.
