Did you realize that during the classes @SLIMher, we hare combining HIIT (that's high-intensity interval training) & Pilates Moves on the mat?

In this week video I'm sharing this routine from Blogilates founder Cassey Ho that put the two workouts together aswell. If you can't attend the gym, you do each of the seven moves for 45 seconds, followed by a 15-second break. Do the workout once, or repeat for a total of four times to make a killer 28-minute sweat session.

Get ready to reproduce some of them at the gym in a near future !!
