The best time to stretch is after a workout, when your muscles are warm and pliable. We are using them already after your class at SLIMher, but in case you are doing your exercises on your own, please keep those stretches. You will be able to keep your entire body flexible with this 10-minute stretching routine. It's perfect after cardio or a strength-training session.
