SPOOKTACULAR TOTAL BODY CHALLENGE - Hot & Healthy By Halloween With SLIMher

A New Month so a New Challenge Created, For October we worked on 9 Challenges which will make you earn points along the next 4 weeks.

The Winner will win some pampering time in one of best spas in town. Who's ready to enter this SPOOKTACULAR TOTAL BODY CHALLENGE! Do the activities that most interest you.

All tasks can be completed and earned points will be recorded. See with any of the staff at the desk everyday, before you leave to write down your "earning points" that were gained for each tasks done for the day. Any further question or info don’t hesitate to contact us. At the end of the month we will calculate all points & announce who is the winner of the big price.

For Those who are not Members you can follow the schedule for the move of the day. The Daily Challenge will be to do 3SETS of the Move. 1st SET - 10Reps (1 minute Break) Then 2nd SET - 15Reps (1 Minute Break) And finish by 3rd SET with 20Reps.

At the Gym The Card Deck will determinate how many sets and reps we will be doing.

Make and Share your own healthy recipe. Healthy dine in can be counted.(3pts.)

2 - JuiceLife & NutriSLIM Healthy Corner Purchase any NutriSLIM item will make you earn points. You can earn up to 5 pts.

A juice from Juice Life Bar (1pt)

Up to 200thb(2pts)

Up to 500thb(4pts)

Up to 1000thb(5pts)

3 - Fitness Class & Afternoon Attend scheduled classes 3 or more per week. (3 pts.) & Members who will sign up for Afternoon classes Mon, Wed, Fri @4pm will get (3 pts.)

4 - Color of the Day Wear fitness outfit color of the day every time you come to the gym. Color of the day will be posted on board every week, and will be reminded on Facebook. (1 pts.)

5 - Aquabike Challenge Relax & Enjoy a Aqua Bike session @SLIMher. (every single session 2 pts). For every 8 sessions package and more signed up 5pts.)

6 - Show Your Moves SLIMher Daily Move Challenge, Do the extra move every day after your class. We prepared different moves that you can follow. (2 pts.)

7 - Photo of The Day Post your photo of the day. Each day have particular category and feel free to share on SLIMher facebook page.(5pts)

8 - SLIMdown & Loose Weight Join the #10WEEKS SLIMdown CHALLENGE “Hot & Healthy by the Holidays (Starting on 9th of October) (10pts). Loose weight within a month (5pts).

9 - Time For Halloween Dress Up Wear Halloween costume on October 31st when you turn up in the gym.(15pts).
