DAILY EXTRA MOVE OF THE DAY - Spooktacular Total Body October Challenge

It's Sunday So What!?? Still got 5 Minutes to do this Extra Move:

The Bicycle Crunch (left + right leg = 1 Rep)

You have to do 3SETS of the Move, in order to complete your daily challenge.

1st SET - 10Reps (1 minute Break)

Then 2nd SET - 15Reps (1 Minute Break)

And finish by 3rd SET with 20Reps.

You will earn up to 2 Points with this additional move If you post a picture of you doing it on our Facebook Page!!!
