What is your Superfood...

Here is my SUPERFOOD Protein Post Work-Out Smoothie

-1 Frozen Banana -1 Kiwi -1 Cup of Spinach -2 tbsp of Plant Based Protein Powder -1 tbsp of Chia seeds -1 tsp of Chlorella

All into the Nutribullet, filled up with water... And you have it! A nice Post Workout Breakfast filled up with all good Nutrients and rich in protein to rebuild muscle after a hard workout.
