It's Sunday, They gym is closed but let's keep the Challenge continue with the Sumo Squat And Alternate Side Crunch..., SET1 10Reps, following by SET2 with 15reps and finishing by SET3 with 20reps. Please have a break of 1min in Between.

DAY 9 for the picture of the day Challenge it will be "Selfie" share any selfie picture of you during the day...you will get an extra 5PTS by sharing it on SLIMher FB!
